Chicken Tikka

Chicken tikka is an Indian appetizer famous all over the world.
Humble, everyday ingredients are used to create this culinary marvel.
I avoid using food colour when I make this dish at home but you may add orange red food colour to get the authentic look of chicken tikka.
Ingredients
500g Boneless Chicken
Marinade
1/4th Cup Hung Curd
2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1 tsp Corriander Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tbsp Mustard Oil
Salt to taste
Procedure

Wash chicken and cut into small cubes.
Mix all ingredients of the marinade very well.
Add chicken pieces to the marinade and refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
Thread onto skewers or place on a baking tray and bake in a hot oven at 200 °C for 10-12 minutes. Cook in a tandoor if you have one.
Serve hot with onion and lemon wedges.
