I always like to sip on something during summers. Iced tea, buttermilk, milkshakes or my lime coolers!
I use humble ingredients like lime juice, mint, sugar and soda water but u can spice things up by adding a liquor of your choice!
Ingredients
2 Limes cut into wedges
10 ml Lime Juice (juice of 1-2 limes)
8-10 Mint Leaves
15 ml Sugar Syrup OR Honey (or to taste)
1 tbs Shikanji Masala
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1 Cup Crushed Ice
Procedure
Add lime wedges, mint leaves, salt, sugar and shikanji masala in a cocktail shaker and muddle till all the mint and lime juice is extracted and the sugar and salt are dissolved.
Sugar and salt act as abrasives and help in the muddling process.

Just use a stainless steel glass and a rolling pin if you haven’t got a cocktail shaker.
Now add the lime juice, sugar syrup and crushed ice and shake for a few minutes till everything is dissolved and well mixed.
Strain into tall glasses till half full and top up with chilled soda water.
Decorate with a slice of lime and serve.
