Fish Packets

I am always looking for different ways to cook fish.

Here is a quick and healthy version that looks great and leaves your guests thinking you have gone through a lot of trouble to make the dish!

Bask in the glory of your success as this dish is a sure shot hit at dinner parties or even Sunday brunches!

Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 5-7 mins
Serves 4

Ingredients

 4 Fish fillet
1 tbs Olive oil
2 tbs Lemon Juice
3 tbs Corriander Leaves (finely chopped)
1 tbs Chilly Flakes
1 tsp Wasabi OR Mustard Paste
Salt and Pepper to taste

Procedure

Mix together the lemon juice, chilly flakes, coriander leaves wasabi, salt and pepper.

Use mustard paste if you haven’t got any wasabi.

Now drizzle olive oil slowly whisking all the time to make a smooth emulsion like a salad dressing.

Marinate the fish fillets in this marinade and refrigerate for 15-20 mins.

In the mean time, cut aluminium foil into squares.

Place each fillet in one square of aluminium foil and pour some marinade over it. Now wrap the foil tightly to make a packet.

Place these packets in preheated oven at 200 degrees Celcius for 5-7 mins. You can also cook them in a very hot pan. Heat the pan. Place the packets in the pan. Cover and let cook for 5-7 mins.

Serve the packets to your guests and they will be in for a pleasant surprise!

Enjoy!
