Some pictures of birthday cakes I made recently. All these cakes were for cute and naughty kids!
I made this Doll Cake for my 6 year old niece! This is an egg less chocolate sponge cake with cream cheese and butter cream frosting. The cake was decorated with sparkling candles and was a big hit at the birthday party!
This Cricket Cake was custom made for a 11 year old boy! It is a pineapple sponge cake filled with fresh cream and pineapples, covered with a layer of pineapple butter cream and a layer of rolled fondant. Colored fondant is used to make the design on the bats. The ball is made of cake and is also edible. Dessicated coconut and butter cream icing makes the grass on the field. Some black fondant is used to make the score board.
This Jungle Cake was made for my 4 year old neighbor. The cake is a rich chocolate cake filled with chocolate truffle and covered with butter cream and chocolate ganache. Decorations are done using gumpaste, butter cream and royal icing.
